At CAPICHE CAPS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your headwear. If your cap isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the cap in its original packaging or a sturdy box to ensure the brim and crown are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
